"It's always captivating for a musician, and one who is passionate about recording, to discover new systems and new loudspeakers. Those made by Michel Fesquet are undoubtedly in a category of their own. Indeed, not only is the reproduction of timbres and sound levels admirable, but the whole thing is above all at the service of absolute fidelity: the atmosphere itself of the recording seems almost to invade the listener, who can thus almost live the moment when the music was made.
At a time when so many others are looking for a primarily flattering result, such musical and sonic truth gives this system an invaluable quality."

"In addition to the particularly successful aesthetics, this reproduction system perfectly transcribes the balances of the construction of the sound image: the width of the acoustic scene, the depth as well as the relief of the sound planes contribute to a holophonic representation of the sound and makes the acoustics of the listening room disappear.
As this is a pre-production model, the spectral balance in the lower frequency spectrum still needs to be optimized, but the technology used, particularly the signal processing and amplification, is at such a level that this should not pose a problem, particularly in adapting the system to the listening space.
Finally, the quality of construction, particularly the cabinetwork and its finish, reflect the care that the builder takes in his creations."

" My encounter with this recorded music transcended all my previous experiences: I was immersed in a 3D sound space that was simply astounding. Depending on the piece I was listening to, different nuances were highlighted: at certain moments, I had the impression of being one-on-one with the singer, of witnessing the symbiosis between a violin-voice duo nestled in the heart of an orchestra, or of witnessing the almost palpable appearance of the voices of an a cappella quartet, carried by an unexpected deep bass that seemed to come towards me. The accuracy of the timbre of the instruments was impressive..."

"Happy owners of a classic system (Raidho passive speakers, Mark Levinson amplification, dCS sources), we stumbled upon the LiveHorn stand by chance at the Audio-Video Show in Paris last November: we were pleasantly surprised by the sound quality of the Orion speakers, despite the mediocre ambient acoustics, seduced by the originality of the aesthetics and charmed by the contact with Michel Fesquet. Classic continuation: online information (very well-designed site), contact by email, then by telephone, leading to a visit to the designer last Tuesday to discover his other proposal, the Grand Horizon.
We could list the pieces we listened to, both on CD and vinyl or Qobuz (from the electronic music of Aleksi Perälä, to the Bach cello suites performed by Sonia Wider-Atherton, to the Polish vocal jazz of Sabina Meck or the R&B of Dominique Fils-Aimé, without forgetting Judith Nelson in Handel's Messiah or Aziza Mustafa Zadeh's interpretation of Take Five), but let's just mention The Soaring of the Heron by Huong Than, our reference piece for evaluating a system -- neither of us particularly has the gift of tears, but here we had them in our eyes because what we were experiencing was so full and precise, to be honest, absolutely moving."

Message received following the listening sessions carried out at the Palaiseau Conservatory for the European Days of Arts and Crafts:
"I still remember listening to your speakers at the conservatory and they surpass anything I heard at the Munich show."
